Payment terms:

The invoice amount have to be transferred by the customer without deduction to the provider's account specified in the invoice within 30 days of the invoice date.

The timeliness of payment is determined by the receipt of payment into the provider's account. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the provider reserves the right to charge default interest in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

1. Design and photography website


§1 Scope


These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, services and deliveries between IMOUT.de (hereinafter referred to as 'Provider') and the customer in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.


§2 Subject matter of the contract


The provider offers creative services in the areas of design and photography. The specific scope of services is determined by the individually concluded contract or offer.


§3 Conclusion of the contract


A contract is concluded by acceptance of an offer or by written or electronic order confirmation. Verbal agreements require written confirmation.


§4 Remuneration and payment conditions


The fee is based on the agreed offer. The invoice amount is to be paid by the customer within 30 days of the invoice date without deduction. In case of late payment, statutory default interest will apply in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code (BGB).


§5 Rights of use for images | designs


All works created within the scope of the order remain the property of the provider until full payment is received. The provider retains all copyrights. Distribution, reproduction, or use beyond the agreed purposes is not permitted without express written permission.


§6 Liability


The provider is only liable for minor negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Further liability is excluded unless the damage involves injury to life, body, or health.


§7 Data protection


Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the GDPR. Details are set out in the privacy policy.


§8 Final provisions


Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the provider.

Use of Google reCAPTCHA


To protect the submission of forms (e.g., contact forms), we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). This distinguishes whether the input was made by a human or abusively by automated machines.


The IP address, mouse movements, length of stay, and possibly other usage data are transmitted to Google. Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in protecting the website from spam and misuse).
